She worked for a regional newspaper before moving to in-house PR and communications roles and then going freelance. She has worked with a range of organisations from large universities to small start-ups to charities, both big and small. Her key skills include writing press releases to attract key national and international journalists, pitching news stories and thought-leadership pieces, managing media events, and crisis communications.
