A selection of IncuHive Spaces provide on-site “IP Meeting Rooms” – these are dedicated meeting spaces, often for up to 6 people, which allow audio and video recording of meetings direct to USB Pen Drives or DropBox for example.

It’s often important to have evidence of meetings, deals and so on – more so when a discussion involves intellectual property and new ideas. Thus we have developed the IP Meeting Room. This allows meetings to take place with video evidence of what was said, for all parties to take away via USB Pen Drives.

So not only can you now sign a contract..you can have video evidence of the contract being signed and any discussions around it. We use IP Meeting Rooms at IncuHive for all our investment pitches and new company formations, ensuring everyone is projected all round and on one can “steal ideas”!

All meeting spaces are accessed via secure 24/7 smartcard systems and feature bright daylight balanced LED lighting. IncuHive Spaces have CCTV across studio spaces to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all.
