George has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work for himself. He spent nine years in London working in the property industry. At 30 he left London and co-founded Kiss Gyms, a low cost award-winning gym chain. George also bought and redeveloped a Pub, Restaurant and Hotel once famously owned by Keith Floyd in Totnes, Devon. George heads up operations as part of Team IncuHive!

Steve splits his time between his role as Senior Lecturer in Business Management at the University of Winchester and as mentor/investor operating a wide range of businesses across a diverse range of sectors. Steve's specialities include business start-up, innovation and creativity.
Steven Northam
Jo is a chartered accountant with a wealth of experience in the financial directorship arena. Jo holds an MBA and has worked for large public sector oganisations in a Financial Director role, including Centrica and the NHS. Jo looks after everything money and finances wise for Team IncuHive, and keep us all in check! Jo also owns her own soap company (The Winchester Soap Company) and is a trained florist!

Chris has had a 30-year career in finance and operational teams for companies such as Arcadia, Alstom, Eriks and latterly has been global CFO of a US based sports betting service provider. Chris brings corporate governance, compliance and processes, helping clients with the strategic implementation and management of these vital functions within their organisations.

Chris has 20 years’ experience working with small-to-medium, fast growth businesses. He specialises in helping businesses implement the right processes, people and strategy to tackle the challenges that come with success. He founded his first business at 25, a software development house, has worked with numerous start-ups and scale-ups and currently sits on the board of a leading healthtech scale-up.

Thirty years of starting and building companies in the sports and hospitality industries, both in UK and Middle East. Sanjay has worked with the likes of adidas-Taylor Made, Salomon, Xscape, IHG and Jumeirah. He started ZedAlpha because he wanted to help organisations in the sports industry become more profitable through improved data, operations and new revenue streams.

Having experienced both the highs and lows of enterprise, as well as spending the past 20 years as a business adviser and mentor, he would love to help you in any way that he can. Kate’s first business, a marketing agency, grew from strength to strength and in 2014 she launched her second business, Zip Us In. Having identified a gap in the market, Kate designed and manufactured a jacket expander panel for use in pregnancy and when baby-wearing. The product range is sold around the world and her knowledge and experience in marketing has been a huge part of the rapid brand growth.
