Passwords are a fickle beast, make it too easy, and it can be guessed by hackers/scammers/social engineers etc in a flash. Too complicated and you are forever having to change the password to something new, which is almost as bad as having a simple password.
The best way to set passwords is to use a Password Manager.
Password managers generate random passwords and then store them all for you, so you don’t have to use notepads/post it notes etc and you only have to remember one password.
